Delivery and Return Policy
- After Placement the Order is directly provided to our Delivery man or our assigned third-party delivery man who will confirm the delivery address.
- After placing the order the customer will get it within 48 hours in Dhaka & outside Dhaka, it may require about 72 hours.
- Before receiving the ordered product check that product in front of the Delivery Man. If it required any replacement, kindly forward it to the delivery man for replacement. In the case of conditional delivery through the courier kindly inform about replacement through the helpline number (+8809611-677566, Direct Call or +8801318660907, Direct Call or Whatsapp).
- Have to place the replacement request within 48 hours after the product is ordered.
